[G]uerreiro* and Killer-StyLe still not banned

Well the last thread I made to try and get a petition to get them banned was deleted by the mods. Anyways, I went to the page and found they are still not banned. There are even other people who have footage of them hacking, as well as myself. Just wondering why they are still able to play when multiple people have proof they hack.
