Z8 what service are you?
In this past 2 weeks I already sent 4 Support Tickets to recover my account back,and you didn't even Replay me.

I'm tired of this sh.it,and if I don't get my account till Wednesday,8th September,2010 I will open a case in court because I spent money on it.

  • Thats right! Z8Games has one of the worst **** support in all time games publishers. I know it also about my experience. Dont expect much from them.........
  • We will get to you ASAP. This is a long weekend for us here in Canada so support staff won't be back until tomorrow. Give them sometime. Also go to your first message and click on 'View Detail', there should be a reply.

    lol its the labour day weekend i don't like it cause my mom's not at work -_=
  • No,they never replied me.
    And I know it's Labor Day,but I sent my first ticket 2 weeks ago.There was nothing!No Holidays no excuses!
  • Staff will not reply to you if they are unable to assist you, as usual there is tons of people reporting false positives on stealing/hacking accounts.

    So if they see a message that includes no information to retrieve your account then they wont reply until you're on the notification que.

    The people who have actual problems and submit proof to resolve their accounts problems get assisted before those that do not provide proof.

    Of course, they will eventually leave you a courtesy message asking for proof of your account (E.x, paypal transactions, security questions, most recent password, email on file)

    I'm sure you'll get helped soon if you've provided enough information for them to do their job.

    Most of you may think that the support of Z8Games is bad, however you do not put into consideration how many people they have to handle per day plus how many people that report false positives.

    Let me show you my estimated ratio of positives and false-positives;
    67% false positive reports (Hacking - Someone QQ'in about someone that's skilled.. most of the time anyway. Account theft - Most of the time people are just trying to get other peoples accounts which they are gladly to find their email and attempt to make Z8Games give them access to another persons account.)

    So please, before you start complaining how bad the customer support is consider the quality and knowledge of the players on the game and how they persist to annoy customer service every day, with well over 2+ tickets a day.

    You never wondered why they added a ticket limit? per day / per user..

    Well, now you know.

    I got everything,every information.

    (Do not tell me what you provided specifically, just tell me what type of information you provided... e.x name registered, email, etc.)

    If you didn't provide sufficient information, the less chance you have of getting your account back.

    Log in,Ingame Name,Previous Passwords,The last Email that I had(who hacked me changed it),the sec.question and the sec.question before the one I had (I changed it),ZP info,Some the Ips I played with,Creation Date.

    many hackers! (they dont get banned, W.T.F)
