Deity is NOT a rare term. I have seen it used in several games, some more popular than others.
I have heard the term used many a time on the Television and in school when I was younger.
If your vocabulary doesn't consist of only one word for one meaning then this is pretty damn common. -

Just putting this out there: You're both copying the first person to have Deity as their IGN. If the name isn't original, and another person in the game you play takes it, he and/or she is not copying you, he's simply copying the original, and I doubt the original is even from this decade and 100% not from this game.

no argument here although i'd like to hear the humor behind him not being a random as "random" is such a vague term. to me a random in an fps is someone who is an outcast from the competitive community/unknown but may or may not have potential. just because he pugs with people like gurp,etc doesn't make him any more known in the competitive community. -

But he doesn't. He plays for teams like h1n1, etc. I think we have a misunderstanding as to what "random" means. To me, it means someone who is bad AND is unknown by the competitive side of this game.
