I Suggest a new server who would allow only Second Litueant and higher rank! [ 2 servers. 1 for NA and 1 for EU ]
There are less chances to get called "hacker" by every player from enemy team. Also Do NOT Allowe votekick sistem there. Because Most of the hakers are in rookie with new accounts.
What Do you think? I rlly think is a good idea. Cause Delta server isnt good enough.

Also an 10%GP + On server as Delta have +5%.
