Because discussing bans isn't allowed. You have to follow the code of conduct just like any other game.

Well seeing as this community is out of line most of the time, they have a reason to be "Abusing" their power.

code of conduct? LOL! What other games don't let you talk about hackers? I'm just saying as I know MANY games they DO allow the talk.

Also MANY other games allow the players to look at SS (punkbuster controlled games mostly) to determine said hackers.

I understand that HERE, you cannot, hence why I don't bother.

i see your point now as i look back. let me clarify.

Most games don't have a set code of conduct. They have a nifty little warning to the tune of "ESRB DOES NOT RATE ONLINE PLAY, GAME PLAY WILL CHANGE ONLINE." then they make you click an "agree" box which nobody ever reads for their TOS. Then said games normally don't do anything about breaking the TOS unless there is a hack.

EDIT: also code of conduct is determined by whoever is hosting, this is a differnt KIND of game than the others i play. usually there are servers people set up and their personal code of conduct is different in each server
