Power & Recoil are same as M4 but Fire rate is higher little higher than M4's and Accuracy is little better also.

When you have have higher Fire Rate the wep kicks faster also I said little that means like 1-2,Think again...

Also it would be such a stupid idea to make M4A1 whit other body but it needs just SFC rank

The 417 is like the SCAR-H (7.62mm NATO; correct me if I'm wrong). The 416 is more like the M4 or SCAR-L(5.56mm NATO). In RS, the 416 is more like the M4 except it's made to be more reliable and is made by H&K instead of Colt. They'd be similar in almost every way in the game except for looks. O.o Just my 2 dollars(2 cents isn't anything anymore).

makes no sence...it is better than m4 in ROF and ACC. but Recoil is the same? i mean come on...the stats are just much more better
