So hard to bann a hacker

What should we do to make Z8 bann hackers...How many hackers from 100 are banned? 1,2or 3?I think that 3 from 100 is too much and they can't or they don't care about hackers.Is really so hard to bann a hacker with auto-aim (aimbot) or 1 shoot/kill ..i mean hacks that is 100% visible and you can realise that is hack in less than 5 seconds and don't need to watch all replay.
Just look at this big rank player exact IGN [E]What_[LK] or [E]*Hmm_[LK] http://clan.z8games.com/charstat_cf.aspx?usn=4124678 because he change it every day maybe to not be catch by z8 IDK.He is Second lieutenant 6 class and i've reported him since he was staf sergent.I've send at least 10-15 reports with him every time with aimbot and 1 shoot/kill and he's still in game.



I've reported him via support ,directly to Saidin and CfReports...and nothing...And why because he buy ZPevery day..IDKbut he change name every day so...
But is not the only one..all they must do is too watch a replay for 10 second not more and see him..that's all and then bann.But I supose that is to hard to watch a replay and bann someone..is very very very hard..and they have a big work volume and no time to watch replays an bann hackers...Sorry because I'm mad..but ......
