cs experience...
EU & english speaking
I'm more than a decent pick up once I'm integrated in the team.

you should be....
skilled & very active
no low level stuff & crying pls
ambitious

I tryed a few teams but they were inactive or low skilled....

First i used Kami in css, since i went to crossfire im using sLize

Unfortunately my team is full with asians and we scrim in NA only, good luck finding a decent EU clan though

There arent really many good EU clans, so i scrim in echo8, which is more of a challenge, im not sure if there are any active Pug ventrilos up at the moment, but make sure you visit the weekly WOGL drafts
