Imagine there's riot shields in CF
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SUGGESTION THREAD...
Imagine there's an update that brings riot shields to Crossfire, this bullet proof shield protects you from head to toe when crouching, so what do you think of it?
I had this brilliant imagination if there's riot shields in CF, and what people can do with it:
The Phalanx
This might work in gun matches, but works effectively in melee.
So basicly, a phalanx is a wall of people armed with melee weapons and shields, standing side by side and making rows, shielding eachother. A Riot shield Phalanx in Crossfire, suppose it's the map Anera, one team has Riot shield and forms rows (with shields blocking every side), they other team charges at the Phalanx and keep getting killed. That's an effective phalanx, or to be more simple, a wall of people. It's actually really hard to imagine to convince you're teamates to form a wall of people with riot shields, so the only possible way to convince is to have power, which is being a clan leader.
I'm not suggesting to have riot shields, this is just imaging. so don't post any of your +1 -1 blah blah
So, what do you think?

and second, it's meant for the enemy to charge at you not hiding. Phalanx people don't hide, they stay in the middle of the battle field.
I don't know if you realized, but we don't actually have Phalanx in CrossFire. -

By clan leader you mean me?!
It's some... complicated stuff I'm talking about there... What I was pointing out there was only a person powerful as a clan leader can convince people to do stuff in matches he expects like order everyone to make any formation. -

What do you want me to do?By the way how do you put a picture in a message? -

I'm not asking you to do anything.
That was a phalanx, it's a fighting formation/stratigy. I said if there were riot shields in Crossfire, teams can make rows of people wielding riot shields in front of their face, as you can see in the picture, that formation. People arn't always capable of doing things like that, So the clan leader thing was, people who are clan leaders have a higher value and more people listen to. To make stratigies like the phalanx, the clan leader has the maximum attention, therefore he can convince and instruct them how to form the phalanx with Riot Shields. This is all fantasy btw... If there's riot shields, phalanx <--(rows of people with shields and weapon) is possible. Honestly when I said clan leader I wasn't specificly refering to you.
To put images to a thread/post.
Search up an image, copy the image link, then go to your posting draft, paste in the link, type in [ IMG ] [ /IMG ] <--(No spaces, I put spaces just to make them show) around the image URL. Lastly, press the post button.
Hope that answers everything for you, I gota go now. bai. -
