Kill symbols

I find the kill marks quite annoying, along with last kill, defuse bomb, etc. However, when I removed them from my "marks" folder, instead, a white square would show up where the in-game mark would be. Is there any way to remove both the kill marks and white square? I think I saw it in the IzGangster clan video.
