I believe it should be possible to make crossfire be able to play over lan connections, this way i could play some of my friends and not lagg so much because we all live in Australia.

i usually find every idea good but this is a pretty bad because when you play LAN you really don't need an internet connection but a router in a small area connected to 2 or more computers and how would z8 know where you are plus you couldn't log in if you were doing LAN, so this wouldn't happen, it's funny cause in australia it lags bad on crossfire and australia has it's flags but there aren't know Canadian flags wt'f o'er? (for the soccer)

I have three computers with CF hooked up with LAN.

My god, it's so much easier to scrim when your teammates are right there.

What do you mean? Make rooms where only people that live like really close to you can join or...?

If not why dont you just make a room and kick those you dont want?

Also if the lag seriously bothers you, why are you playing?
