Crossfire Laggs alot now.

Hello i don't know why im lagging in crossfire
i live in Kuwait
and i mostly play in Uk server
i get ping like 119 to 130
But today the whole day i get 220 to 301
why is that?

or can u add crossfire server for Asian?
