Connection Has Been Delayed - AGAIN

Whenever I try joining a game I get the error 'Connection has been Delayed' when the room half loads, then i am moved back into the channel lobby. Cant join any games at the moment..

So, how do I fix this then?
Tried reinstalling + disabling anti virus + disabling firewall.

Any other suggestions?
