Deleting Accounts

Under what circumstances does Z8 delete CrossFire user accounts ( besides using Hacks / Glitches / Offensive Language / etc. ) ?

I don't really mind but want to know, since it's like a rank reset n free pass to Rookie Training Server

accounts dont get deleted at all, if someone has been banned for hacking or what not there account just gets put into a block list which stops them accessing the servers so that person cant recreate the exact same account.

Lol, That does not explain why when I logged into my old account, I was asked to make a new username, choose a new character, etc. Also, my other accounts do not show up in clan website page.

Any MOD want to answer this for me or sumthin?

you said account deletion not character deletion and its most probably an account you didnt have a character to start with, when i logged onto an alt account of mine that i hadn't used in a long time it asked me to reset password not username.

contact support with proof you own the account and they'll fix it if the account had a character made already on it.

support is the only one who can help
