i can see you can aim, but here are some tips:

try recording snd matches, or scrim replays
get a cracked version of fraps cuz there is that text on the top and it also only allows you to record 30 seconds........
sync to the music, and next time don use rap, even though it's good, it does not go well with a frag movie

Rap can be a very good option if youre doing it right, i agree with the other points though.

You have some skills i agree but in the future you should try:
Dont record in public [ or atleast record snd not tdm ] because in tdm there are alot of nuubs easy 2 kill. if you do well in a clan war vs a good clan the video will be more appreciated
Try some better quallity^^

Also right click on the clip before you render and uncheck maintain aspect ratio. It will take out those annoying black bars on the sides.
