Dude, dont rage at the game or yourself. trust me it wont help. Do what I do, if I start doing bad for a long time I take a break from cf, weather it be 2 days or 2 weeks, when you come back you will do better, trust me

There are ups and downs. I'm now at a fixed 2.0+ K/D (2 kills for 1 death average) but I had moments when I gone like 3 kills to 10 deaths. It's all about you. If you have any problems, or just don't feel good, you might get worse. If you're feeling super, you might go real good. Ups, Downs. This is pretty much all.

I m the same as you. My death count is getting higher but at least I get more than 1 kill per match depending on the mode (i.e. in ghost mode I dont get any kills cuz I LOOOVE playing the Black list all about luck on this one I guess). Just that everyone is trying to win. Some even seriously by using spawncamps, aimbots, exploits, etc etc just to do it. Even if you know this just go out there and have fun. Get to know the guns and your playing style per mode then you ll be a pro. Its just getting there takes practice.

I find I'm at my best when I am not even really paying attention to the game, some times I'll space out and see that my score is a nice even 2-5.0 KD and I won't even remember playing it.

Just play how you would normally play, getting intimdated or over thinking things doesn't help, at all.

This is a big issue that has killed my game. I'm back in a rut, all thanks to hacker.... Of course whenever I face one, my automatic reaction is to quit whining, and pwn the hacker with REAL skills, but lately there have been ALOT of hackers, it very irritating. It’s becoming too much to handle. I've lost momentum and now, kind of suck more than before..... Oh well....
