virus net worm win 32

when my virus protection on it detective that crossfire.exe file on my Pc is a virus net worm win 32. After i click fix it i can t able to play cross fire anymore that suck

  • Put crossfire in your virus protections' exempt list.
    Or get a half good virus protection.
  • Uninstall > turn off anti-virus > re-install CF > add everything on the CrossFire program files folder to the 'exceptions' list within your anti-virus > turn anti-virus back on > go play some CrossFire.

    i don´t know...am i the only one who thinks its strange that there is a specific worm detected when installing crossfire? does smilegate have no interest in finding out what the problem is? does not look too good when i install software and there is a virus message popping up...

    It's just the way CF works. Certain anti-viruses detect the files, particularly .rez files, as trojans or worms, due to the similar way they work on your PC (they can manipulate themselves without users consent)

    CrossFire is 100% safe, no need to worry :p
