I didn't use your renders, I made them from crossfire page's characters using photoshop.
Really dude, I created the forum with that image before I found z8 forum. -
Sorry, but if everyone just compliments to get on good sides, noone gets better.
It doesn't work at all as a banner. It's a whole lot of graphics stuck together.

I think there should be some consistency between the different graphics that are making up the banner - for example, some parts should not be flat, while others are bevelled. This is shown on the left side of the banner - the CF logo is bevelled, the forum text is flat (and in a atypical font), the Z8Games logo is flat, and your avatar is glossy (and out of the colour scheme).
The CrossFire logo was enlarged, and hence is slightly pixelated. In the way you've designed it, I feel the background should be the image that draws all the parts together - here, it is simply a layer behind everything else. The "forum" text should be in the same style (colour, font) as some other text.
You don't have to listen to me, I've often over-simplistic. Some complicated designs look fantastic, yet I don't understand the processes along the way. -
imo it looks too much like u just pasted a bunch or renders that werent cropped perfectly or feathered(which probably wouldntve helped much since the bg is too different in color)
and nothing really brings the image together but idk, its a different style then im used to..
and the crossfire logo is just bad quality-i think u couldve fixed it a little
ur copyright looks really nice to me but i think it would be better if u took the time the make the sides and corners symetrical, they have uneven lengths
hope i wasnt too harsh... -
