Not too hard to organise a 5v5 unless you're dealing with BRs or Turks.

Have you tryied and tested that?
If you have you would know that half the people that come in ask for 3v3s, or decide to go afk in your room.

When noone is on to PM for a 5v5, it would be so much easier to go to a 5v5 channel and see everyone who has a 5.

Not much people '5v5' in a clan server these days, unless they are SPOP users, etc. If you get disconnected and such, then you cannot rejoin. Go into Echo >> Channel 8 and do your scrim there, because I.M.O they will not make a 'dedicated' server.
