Quiting Z8games, Crossfire

Did all this when i first started sending tickets 1 mounth ago and got usless answers for FPS "Common solutions"... Z8games suport sucks
My old pc was f*c*ed up and got 50-60 ping and 30-60 fps. Geforce 6660 128, 768MB RAM, Windows XP, 1.80Ghz CPU i dont remember model pentium 2 or 3 i think
New one (Dx diag link specs) Alot better eh? (windows 7)
then why is ping 100-140 and fps 12-35. FPS is 30 at 2/2 battle but above 5/5 it gets near 15 and down with more people and chat spam....
Why is this happening? answer is simple Z8games's crossfire is bull**** also tryed low settings and resolution but didnt raise the FPS by a single digit confurming that this game dosnt support windows 7 (2x higher ping) but FPS isnt cuz of win7 its because this game is very badly coded/programmaed/made/created (pick one..) i dont have this problem with ANY other game: Combat arms, Hellgate London SP, Last Chaos.
I live in Bulgaria i use UK servers but tryed other to see if ping improves, NOPE .
