I can't play CrossFire... [New PC]

I bought a new computer.
When I run CrossFire, Xtrap close CrossFire and say that some functions of the operating system are not working properly due external program.
I use avast antivirus.
Help!

have you by chance updated with microsoft updates? you know the auto updates

thats why your getting the error then from what i've discovered myself

one or more of the secuirty updates for windows 7 is causing this since you'll have more security updates than anything else, i can play fine without updating my windows 7 at all but when i play i get that error and i can rarely log in but when i do it says the game speed is not stable.

microsoft updates usualy make restore points before installed, try using system restore to before the updates where installed and see if you can run cf
