Everyone dislikes Brazilians. Right?

As everyone knows, most of everyone whom plays Cross Fire is Brazilian. But, that's a negative thing. Let me take some time with you guys, and discuss a lot of major things that tick me off.
First; Brazilians jump to conclusions right away. If you ever get a headshot among a Brazilian, he/she will obviously announce that you're a "hacker", which of course, you're not. They're just the ones who don't know what a hack is, and that they suck at Cross Fire.
Brazilians don't know what the terms we use, mean. For example, if you ever play against a Brazilian and you win, he/she will definitely call you a "noob". Obviously, they don't know what a "noob" means, because if they think they're so pro and they lose and call you a noob, that's a big mistake.
Brazilians NEVER want to "lose" in an argument. For example, if they start an argument by calling you "FDP", which is, "son of a b", in English, you will probably defend yourself and throw quick trash talk at them. But, as the match progresses, you will realize that the Brazilian you are arguing with replies to each and every single line you type, and beyond. Supposedly, this will tick you off. No further explanation is needed, because I'm pretty sure everyone had experienced this.
Brazilians speak Portuguese, but the game is all in English. This is the chief reason why I think Brazilians are ignorant. They're obviously not fluent enough in English to play the game, but they still do it. How is this a bad thing for us? Brazilians overflow the servers, meaning you will have close to nobody to communicate to. Even if you try to make friends with a Brazilian (which is dangerously stupid), you will have a lot of trouble. Conflict between American/Canadian players and Brazilian players is all over the place.
Brazilians lag. A lot. In almost every match you play, you will spot players with over 200 ping. And guess what that means? Another malignant Brazilian to deal with. Even though they are immature, you will almost never get a kill off a Brazilian. If you have ever played in the map, Egypt with 8 Brazilians on the opposing team, you know how bad it is. They lag so much, they will literally, teleport from their base, to yours. You might end up dying a few times, but you will almost never kill that Brazilian. In addition to their ping, their FPS is almost always below 30. That puts the situation in a tighter position. With your opponent having 30 FPS, they will also teleport from place to place, resulting in no kills for you, but a lot of deaths for you.
Brazilians can't get their hands off their M12S or Scar Light. Yes, that's right. Brazilians literally have no skills at all, meaning they must rely on a M12S or Scar Light in order to get even a single kill. They can't resist camping in or outside of your base, making it hard for you to find an enemy to kill, and resulting in a couple more deaths. At times, Brazilians don't use the M12S or Scar Light. But that's only when they steal your ZP guns. If you're a ZP user, I know for a fact, that you have experienced Brazilians taking your gun after you die. Plus, they only know how to run-and-gun with your ZP gun, which probably means they will get a lucky headshot. Gosh, isn't that irritating.
Overall, Brazilians are a major disgrace to Cross Fire, and the reasons I listed above aren't all the reasons why we hate Brazilians. So my suggestions is; ban the Brazilians. They're always up to no good, swearing in Portuguese and accusing legit players for hacking. If all Brazilians were banned, even for just a single day, the community will be a lot better, by all means. Feel free to agree/disagree/troll/flame/or simply add on to my rant.
