CrossFire Won't Start!

When I click on the "Start Game" of the launcher, it (the launcher) disappears and a patch quickly goes up, loads REALLY fast, and goes away. NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS! What do I do?!

By the way, here's some quick info you should need.

I used this download to install the game :

Crossfire_Setup_v1051_xfire.exe

I hope that's the right one. If not, give me a link to the right one to download?

I don't know how to post my dxdiag on this forum... (by .txt, best way)Tell me?

Also, Important info, I made this as descriptive as possible, could you do the same for me when you reply..? I'm not a computer genius, I found out the basic info from other forums in the past.
