I play many other games that my current laptop cant run at full performance. Also, it would be pretty functional for doing other things as well. XD

I have a modified aurora, to be honest, don't do it.

You can get better pre-builds for less.

Look into it allot befor making a decision.

Go to any computer repair shop. Ask them are dell hard to find parts for?

Answer: Yes, but not that hard. The parts cost a lot of money and hard to replace.

Hmm really? I'm using a Dell laptop right now and have been for years, so I guess to me it's a brand I could trust which is why I chose to look at their website.

ya no dell or acer, thats what my last 2 comps has been and they both failed me terribley.
im saving up for a new pc maybe try get a good graphics card pc just cheap, i found quite a few for less than $500.

Spend a $700 computer to get a high FPS for Crysis.
Spend on a $500 computer to get a good FPS on CF or Halo (The first one).

Core 2Duo gets you a average 100-140 if you didn't waste enough memory or use a lot of RAM.
Getting a i3 is already overkill for this game.
An i5 is suggested for Counter Strike and other steam games. A phenom II for a better performance.
i7 920 if you want to go fancy with overclocks and stuff.

Also, you should probably not get bundled (already built) computers since they sort of overpay you. Alienware is also a place you shouldn't trust much, since their design is really fancy and stuff, you usually end up overpaying for more than you get.

It is overpriced.

You can get a custom build from ncix.com at lowest price with the same specs except for the Alienware Case (that you pay around 500$) .. just get a CoolerMaster 932 and youll be good to go!

FYI, my friend just bought that computer (except the power supply, he changed it to a 750..at 5$ more)

This is just to show you that you dont need to spend over 1500$ to get a decent computer.
