Continous Bomb Spam Sound

You know how the bomb beeps when you hold down the fire button when your not near a bomb site? It's happening to me, even if I don't have the bomb.

1) It seems like when I carry a bomb to a bomb site, it starts beeping for the rest of the game, even if i join a new room. (Happens only in game)

2) When I roll over the planted bomb for GR, it starts beeping until i restart my computer.

Now what? I can't take the beeps and abandonment in-game. Really sucks when I start playing GM.
