After installing the patch at the game while the worm kaspersky then I found this worm. HGW EXE error after installing the patch I get a CrossFire and can not enter what should I do?

Welcome to the group, I have the same problem and I won't ask kaspersky ignore it until I know if it is a fake worm or not.

An issue like this has occurred a few months back, I assure you this is just a misunderstanding between your antivirus and client.

How to solve it: Add the crossfire.exe (Client) To your exceptions list on your antivirus then attempt to run it under administrator. If you still have an error contact MODGraycloak via gamesurge or forum PM

ur going to have to re-install cf also if you havent noticed yet. make sure you disable it when you redownload cf. install and add cf to your exclusion list prior to playing.

Adding it crossfire.exe to exceptions should solve the problem. otherwise, you can try pausing kapersky for a minute every time you run cf until they fix the problem.
