My friend and I were playing a game, and came across a kid who kept spazzing and swearing at everyone saying they hacked every time he got killed. He starting to swear and annoy everyone, calling everyone noobs. I got some screen shots after we were in the lobby.. their name was minice3

Though I personally believe nothing will be done, even more so if he buys ZP (-__-), I have actually seen this player before, and I got in a long argument with him. Well, argument for me. Random swearing from him.

Well, I think it was him. I know I saw someone named minice, not sure bout the numbers. But sounds similiar.

But mainly, and this will be the most popular suggestion for sure, all your gonna be told is "Block him next time."
