I cant report, look at this mods
Every time I report someone I`ll get as a reply "Sorry, there is no reply for this question".
Here is the proof:

If you want me to spend time on reporting, watch at least the replay.
I get now the idea a bot has replied me and the mods are just being lazy and doing nothing.

real people have real lives. thats why. it can take up to a week for support.
But why they send me this reply "Sorry, there is no reply for this question". It does not make any sense to me. Why just not send a reply as "Thank you for your reporting. The z8games staff will look at it as soon as possible" or something similar. -
We just revamped our support form, there is a bug at the moment where you can't see our actual replies its being worked on at the moment and will be fixed shortly, just reopen tickets for these players.
Also make sure you include the replay, the correct players name and the round # if you can. There are other reasons why it get closed, for example if the player is already banned :P
But you'll be able to get a more a reason why in when we fix this glitch up! -

Now when you say just reopen ticket for these players, do you want us to redo the ticket? Also when this bug is fixed, will any current reports that have the glitch, then show the true response? Or only ones made after the bug fix. -

Yes, reopen the tickets. The reports investigated as usual its only the response that is glitched, no ETA on the fix but ALL the hacking reports are being looked at regardless of this bug.
