Game Error please help.

I need some help please. When I put my cursor on a player [clan m8/ friend/ lobby.. ] I cant see server/channel as usual. I see some numbers or other times i see uk3 to every1..

I tryied to reinstall my game but is the same. Please help because its annoyng to keep ask players "srv/ch/room" and they say "room 8" and when i ask srv/ch they say "cant see on my name?" And i need 2 explain them thats it a bug.. Pls help:(

    dude right click on name and then play together u can see where he is.
