Support ticket answered ... WHERE>?
Hi all,
I used the support web form yesterday, today i got the flashing envolope and my ticket has been replied to. Big question is where should the reply be?
Its not on the page with my question, its not in my email (or spam).
Any help would be much appreciated.

I thought that would be the case but there is nothing there.
I've tried it with 2 diffrent browsers Firefox and IE but still no joy.

Just looked again and noticed "View Details" clicked, and boom theres the answer lol
