Unable to restore video mode

i get this 2 few, i thought my PC was so bad nobody else would get it, well wen ur playing games ur screen randomly goes black and u hav 2 use ctrl alt delete, y u would cointinue playing the game and letting ppl farm u wen u cant see idk, u shud just press esc enter enter wen u cant see and problem solved
