Need help wit Router

My router has my PC on it and my bros laptop uses it..when hes not usin it my ping is stable around 95 ping. He gets on and it jumps to 350 BR ping xD any1 know how to o if possible to fix that? Thanks

... lulz... alright if your the admin go to 192.168.0.1 .. and turn ur wireless internet off and just be like whats wrong with the internet and say i have no idea and play
