Most of the downloads do give you the ZP, but it all comes with a risk more than likely any other software that you download will leave malware or Viruses on your computer...So it all depends what you feel is most important.

i find it funny by the numbers of peoples who think its a virus, when in reality, if you read the agree yes no part of the installer, it say its going to install stuff like keylogers, popups, ect, except since you agree to it, ( chances are you never readed it though) its in reality not a virus.
but then again, who read those 10 pages long texts.

but ye, don't download them, unless you want to slow down your pc, possibly give away information and have random pop ups.

well i've downloaded a couple from BMG and about half of them were awarded. none of them caused any problems to my computer either (no viruses, adware, spyware etc)

i got ZP from a Digsby messenger download and
i KNOW Digsby is legit as i used to use it ALOT same goes for IMVU that is legit as well
