Can someone help this noob?

Hmmm. don't listen to people who say that you will never be better...
i started out with around a 1.4 ish kdr and now have around a 1.8.... never farmed a day. Higher sens is better. dont lesson to the kid who said to use a low one... You'll adjust your hand movments to compensate for high sens. and it will allow you to respond to targets faster then if it was low. (worst case scenario is youll over shoot your target for a while before u get used to small movements) If you run a low sens. you'll never even get your crosshair over the baddies before tehy put one in your head........

Aim, burst cover repeat... get good at shooting on the run, let your own movement help you aim, dont do it all with the mouse... Also, learn the maps well, learn to Bhop so u can move silently and fast, learn to listen to the foot steps and know where they are coming from, My overall skill at aiming and response time has not improved but my ability to track baddies and sneak up on them has... Do this and i bet atleast a .2 rise in you kdr.

Hmmm,
Try starting with some TD matches, then moving on to EM and then SnD. A room like mexico is good for shooting people without them seeing you so you can practice aim
Buy a target spray and try runnin into rooms and hitting it?
Never fire more than 3 shots at once?
