lf decent clan

well im not from the best players but im looking for decent clan ...
so i have mic/vent/ts
my real kdr is around 2.5 but i dont think kdr means anything...
im playing between 2-4 hours a day
i'm EU (so im looking for EU clan) and im 17 (18 after 2 months)
i have only 2 requirements about the clan : max 40-50 members and the ppl in the clan to be 15++ i really dont like kids they are making too much noise and they QQ too much :S ...
