In game exp bar wont rank up!

I unstalled the game, restarted the game and even played a few games and I am still not ranking up I been having this issue a lot and this time it feels like its perment and it wont rank me up! please replay back thanks.

When you press the Exit button at the top right, does it say you have earned any EXP?

CF doesnt like y ou :O does it say you earned any exp when u go to ex it out?
