Login error

Hello, guys I'm with an error in time to come. by the time I see you enter my password, it's a mistake and goes out alone.

that only happens to me if i have idled at login by not typing my id or pw in
should work if u type in pw straight away at login.

yup. i sometimes get the same problem because my computer is slow to load the game.
you have a certain amount of time to type in your password before you idle out.
this could be happening because your PC is slow like mines. what helps me is GameBooster:http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html
and TuneUp Utilities:http://www.tune-up.com/products/tuneup-utilities/
both are great softwares that help boost your PC's performance.

this is a common error for me...but it only happens when i stay idle on the login page..that error shouldnt pop up if you type your user/pw right away when the login screen pops up
