Was given vent info, all is good..

All details entered right..

Connected to server but unable to authenticate your login name and password.

FAIL.

People i've asked have no idea what it means, any ideas why, what and how to stop
?

I think the vent admin has to make you a vent account.

Maybe you already have an account and the password is different from the server password? JUST MAYBE :P

A fix:

Tell an admin to delete your account and remake it.
