Make Kill marks Bigger

Hi i found some really awesome kill marks in the Internet.
But they are quite small.
I already changed the GameIn file and made height and widht to double but this only made the pics smaller if i half it the pictures are only half visible
Now im facing a new problem after i edited the pics to double size with photoshop.
My HGW game watcher doesnt works anymore it stops at 55% and says: file is changed: W[2007] L[2] rez\RB001.REZ
