You cannot kick someone if you join the match for 3 Minutes
If you switched sides you cannot kick

Explanaition:
1) Just enter a room and kick someone is fail

2) I know i shall live with it but i cant
Just got kicked in a 2n2 (usually 2n3) GM for hack after one ghost switched sides then i got kicked

I had a similar idea to prevent #2, mine was you cannot rejoin any game on the other team.
