I wouldn't say LL has the final guaranteed yet. Bw was LL's map and most LL players have under 100 ping in UK server. LPK are pretty laggy in UK.

though rally if you wanted to really test skill without the variables, youd put both teams in the same building, and on a perfectly symetrical map, with the same weps, items and characters
