Theres no such thing as your account got "hacked".

Only way your account could be hacked is if you tried downloading something you shouldn't have been downloading and you got a keylogger into your computer.

Perhaps you got your account "Stolen".

Z8Games will never ask you for Your account information, All the accounts belong to them so buying and selling shouldn't be happening.
Plus, There is a gift button. (NO ONE NEEDS YOUR INFORMATION ITS AGAINST THE RULES)

If you don't want your next account to be hacked then don't be a noob and download hacks or give your password for 100k free zp.

Accounts are safe on our end.

If you lost access to your account, it was due to inconsideration.
You gave your password away, be it by choice or by downloading cheats.

Support tickets are replied to in due time. If yours haven't been answered in two weeks then you're most likely doing it wrong and not submitting enough information.

Theres plenty of properly submitted tickets to be answered, I would imagine the "halp plz" (with nothing else) get secondary priority.
