please help me i got low fps and this really annoying

this is my PC info :

processor: Celeron 1800MHz
memory:984 Mb (1 012 912 Kb)
video card : Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset (512.0 Mb)
hope i could find solution

plz any one say what to do to increase my fps but dont tell me something like game poster or something like that
