A crosshair just makes you an additional Cross in the middle of your screen
its used for sniping to aim faster (i do NOT use one)
but in cf its such a small "hack" because noscope doenst hit middle -

Not even a hack just an advantage for those who cant quickscope well... you can also use tape and other things.
