screen size/resolution help

hey, i know a thread like this has probably been made before but w.e. For some reason my new laptop wont play cf fullscreen and it is really ****ing me off. I have tried a bunch of things. I have a new hp windows 7, if you want details or know how to fix this just xfire me (preferred) or post here. thx
