Why do people pick vent over ts3 ?

It has recently been introduced to me and in my opinion is superior.

Opinions on why vent is better ?

i think ts3 is better since i believe its clearer than vent,and it has nice clicky noises when you pm someone.
Its more expensive than vent though i do believe?

so far the prices are pretty much the same, have also found a sale on a TS3 thus I am saving about 2,30$ ;o

Ive been using Vent and TS for years, my comparison? TS takes more resources, yes it has a clickynoise when you talk, but so does vent. Vent is MUCH better quality. Im actually a fan of Mohawk, NO lag between voice, INSTANT communication. but currently ive been using Mumble and Vent.
