Might look for a scrim clan

After playing cf for a few weeks now I decided to turn competitve.
Some infos:

- 16 years old
- Living in germany
- played cs 1.6 and css
- very good awper, inconstant rifler
- can hold a spot, make calls
- my english is not that bad and i don't talk trash/flame/cry etc.
- I follow strats
- kd only 1,5 cause i played m16 a whole lot of time, since i got the awp it's a daily kd around 3

I'm looking for a good, small scrim clan that's active and serious. Has to be European.
