I have a IDEA for make a dual MP5s http://www.airsoftmorava.cz/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=1206 = its in AIRSOFT type, we can REMAKE it to CROSSFIRE

its look very well... And it can be good in GP crates because Z8games want only money from peaoples and players it will be very nice in game, fast shooting, more HEADSHOTS and more "FUN"

You need both hands to carry a MP5. so you would need 4 arms

Ya can. But imagine a full auto recoil of an MP5 in both hands. Well, it's 9mm para, so it won't be as bad as an UMP, but still heavy recoil guaranteed.
