Custom resolution

So, seeing as how the staff seems to have stopped updating the game with different resolutions, I was wondering if there was any way to force it to run at a different resolution.

1366x768 is such an awkward resolution, especially since I'm forced to play at 1024x768 4:3 instead of another widescreen 1280x800 [I'm aware that one is 16:9 and the other is 16:10].

BTW, 19 is back, but no one really cares anyhow.
