crate items are broken after buying...

Hi this is the place to report if you have had an error like this or what not? Well I was needing help. I receive some GP crate guns last night they appeared to be unbroken last night. Logged in today and they were all broke whats going on here? Where do I go to get them repaired. Or if this is the right place please let me know how to do that. Thanks
